Amanda Brugel

(February 27th, 2010 (February 27 2010 - Toronto ON) Pointe Claire is a secluded community in this part of the island of Montreal that is known as"the West Island. A lot of people who aren't aware of they mistakenly believe the West Island extends westward from Montreal. However it is the West Island includes everything westward of Lachine. Lachine. The West Island is frequently referred to as the birthplace of Amanda Brugel but while that may be true, her time at the island was infrequent. Brugel was raised in Courtice close to Oshawa, Ontario. She was determined to become an elite dancer, however due to her rapid increase in her height, she surpassed all of her dance partner. In an article published by Toronto Star, she revealed her height in heels as at 6'1 inches tall. When I grew out of male companions, I stopped. Many former dancers turn to acting and in the case of Brugel it was a suggestion by an instructor in drama at high school who pushed her in the right direction. The teacher suggested that she take on a part in the school's annual production. After trying out, she ended up as the lead for Anne of Green Gables. This Fine Arts Talent Scholarship led her to York University, where she studied Theatre and received the Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in the year 2000. For the last twenty years she has had her perform in more than 60 movies and TV productions. The role she was most famous for was as Rita (shown in the video below) in The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel is the only Canadian for the season 1 Cast of the show as well as appearing only on occasion, was the only Canadian.
